What is Weave ?
Weaving is a method of Textile production in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric or Cloth
Usually, the fabric weave and the manufacturing processes used won’t be a big factor in your decision; often they don’t even appear on the packaging. But there are a few terms you should know:
- Cotton Sateen – Cotton Sateen has a smooth almost silky finish. It feels super Luxurious against your skin.
- Cotton Percale – If you Prefer the crisp coolness of cotton, then percale is the one for you.
- Cotton Twill – Twill weave is More pliable and Better wrinkle recovery. Usually this is an expensive Weave.
Cotton Dobby – Dobby weave is a very elegant weave where you can see small Geometric Patterns. If you want to add some value to your Solid sheets this will be your choice.
